Jacqueline Smith will lead this Town Hall meeting to discuss issues related to 1st Congressional District including her recent formation of an exploratory committee to consider her possible candidacy as representative in the 1st Congressional District.

Jacqueline is the founder of The STAR Forum (www.thestarforum.org) and has been a very vocal advocate for conservative and Constitutional issues. Her "Cycles of History" presentation is fascinating and gives one a perspective worth sincere contemplation.
